Brilliant Sun Pillar

The photo above showing a breathtaking Sun pillar was captured at sunset near Jenison, Michigan on April 10, 2012. Sun pillars result from the reflection of sunlight off the bottom surfaces (or less frequently, the top surfaces) of plate-shaped ice crystals composing cirrus clouds.
These crystals must be similarly oriented and slightly tipped with respect to the viewer in order for a pillar to be observed. The crimson shaft piercing the purple sky made this sunset unforgettable.

Today/Intake
Spent all day revising. Can’t wait till exams finish!
B: Apple + banana + black coffee
L: Ham chicken salad
Snack: oaty mini biscuits
Treat: Starbucks tall skinny caramel machiato
D: Spinach and low fat mozarella omelette + toasted wholemeal muffin. Vanilla coconut Greek Yoghurt + handful of sugar free marshmallows
Going to clean the kitchen now and do more studying.
Exercise: Leg, bum and arm toning. Approx 25 mins.
Will finish 3rd litre of water before bed
Today
B: apple + banana
L: ham and chicken sald
snack: oaty mini biscuits
D: (not had yet) weight watchers small quiche with red peppers/peas/green beans
greek yoghurt
Exercise: 3 mile run. Ab set.
Yesterday Intake
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: ham and chicken salad
Snack: Apple. Millionaire shortcake (BAD but was feeling awful in the library. Not an excuse, but one slip up is ok)
Dinner: 2 egg omletee spinach and low fat mozarella. wholemeal muffin toasted. Greek yoghurt.
In the evening I did more revision and had a coffee and a mini oaty biscuit.
Exercise: 4 mile run and a set of arm toning.
2 months to lose love handles!
ALL of my fat goes to my hips and thighs. And because I have a ‘hip dip’; realllllly in and out shaped pelvis I look like I am much fatter than I am. I just have completely rounded hips.
But I’m trying not to completely hate them. it gives me curve and a smaller waist. I will keep exercising and if I work hard enough I will burn off the stubborn fat there. I may never have a perfectly smooth hip area because of my body shape but I’m going to make it look as good and sexy and toned as I can!
I’m going travelling in 2 months. I’ve made some progress so far this year but now is the time to keep it up and make even more!
Intake
Breakfast: Banana
Lunch: Chicken cous cous sald
Dinner: Spinach and low fat mozarrella omelette with wholemeal muffin
Snacks: Apple, Fat free greek yoghurt, Mini oaty cranberry biscuit pack
2 litres of Water
Exercise: 15 minute jog. 3 x 12 squats with weights. 50 bicep curls. 2 x 20 triceps. Decent ab set.
2 weeks tomorrow and finals will be over.
